Is there a set-up fee for Mic Flags?
No, we do not charge a set-up fee and there are no hidden charges.

What does your price include?
Alternating or multiple logos on any size or style Mic Flag and two foam inserts with each Mic Flag.

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of material and workmanship defects and your order to be shipped on time to your exact specifications.

All manufacturing, graphics and printing are done in-house, you are buying direct from the manufacturer.

What type of materials are used and how are the Mic Flags manufactured?
Each Mic Flag is custom made to meet the specifications of your order. Custom Vinyl is manufactured for our Mic Flags to enhance the printing process and provide you with a high-quality product. Each piece is welded together to form one piece. (Material thickness: .100) In-house manufacturing allows us to customize the size and shape to custom fit your graphic.

How do I know your Mic Flags will fit my Microphone?
Each Mic Flag comes with 2 foam inserts (5/8" hole and 7/8" hole) which are suitable for most Stick Microphones. The hard opening on the top and bottom is 1.5/8" round. Top and bottom holes can be customized to your specifications at no additional charge.

Do I need a template?
No. Our Mic Flags can be custom sized and made to your graphic at no additional charge.

What are your terms and conditions?
Net terms will be extended to companies who’s credit standing has been approved by BenchmarkUSA. All prices are F.O.B. Cranston, Rhode Island, USA. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, ACH/EFT and Wire Transfer payments.

What is the cost for shipping?
Our shipping rates are $12.50 per 40 units for UPS Ground service in the USA. Expedited shipping is available for additional charges.

Do you export?
Yes, we ship worldwide/international. To process your order, you must provide your Tax ID# and your UPS or FedEx account number. Duties, Taxes and entry fees are payable by the customer. Made in the USA - NAFTA.
